What we collect

Information you enter into a form may include contact details, vehicle details, dealership information, messages and files you choose to upload.

Why we use it

ValuDrive uses submitted information to respond to your enquiry, assess the requested service, manage a vehicle case, communicate next steps and improve the relevance of dealer matching.

Form delivery

Website forms use FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery provider, to forward submissions and uploaded attachments to ValuDrive by email. Do not submit banking passwords, card PINs or other information that is not needed for the enquiry.

Sharing

Seller vehicle details, photos and relevant condition information may be shared with selected dealers to request, assess or compare offers. Licence-disc images and settlement documents can contain personal information: upload only what is needed for your enquiry and ask us if you are unsure. ValuDrive does not need to share unrelated personal information to seek an offer. Dealer contact details and buying preferences are used to discuss relevant opportunities.

Cookies and your choices

We use essential browser storage to remember your cookie choice for up to six months. You can accept or reject optional analytics, or change your decision through Cookie settings at any time. Rejecting optional tracking does not prevent you from using our forms, downloads or contact links.

Optional analytics is currently inactive. If Google Analytics is enabled, we will ask for your choice again. It will load only after you allow analytics; advertising cookies and remarketing are not enabled.

With analytics enabled and your permission, we measure page visits, form starts, successfully submitted enquiries, WhatsApp and phone-link clicks, and seller-guide download clicks. A click does not confirm a conversation or a completed download; an enquiry does not confirm a sale.

Analytics events do not include your name, phone number, email, VIN, registration, form answers or uploaded documents. Page addresses sent by our tracking omit query strings and fragments. Google may process device and connection information as part of providing its analytics service. See Google’s privacy policy.

If you withdraw permission after analytics has loaded, we stop tracking, clear accessible Google Analytics cookies for this website and reload the page to unload the analytics script. This may clear an unfinished form, so save or submit your enquiry first. Withdrawal does not delete information already processed; contact us about a privacy request.

WhatsApp, Trustpilot and other external services have their own privacy practices when you choose to open them. Form submission is separate from optional analytics and uses the delivery service described above.

Your request

You may ask ValuDrive to correct or delete information submitted through this website, subject to information that must reasonably be retained for an active case or business record.
